			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How long have you been married? 5, 10 or 20 years?  Being married almost 10 years..makes  me realized that we have so many differences.. and little things in common.   I have been looking at the differences and make a really big deal about it.. i was stress.  He is quite type of guy and loves  TV while i am very talkative.. and  i will be hooked to my laptop in my free time..well blame it to <a href="http://www.web-est.com/">Web-Est.com auto shop software</a><strong>.. </strong>i need so many things from there.. for my blog.  Well..back to my topic.. differences=more, similarity=less what do you get .. stress, empty spaces inside..and almost giving up.</p>

<p>I am happy to have invested in learning NLP but applying and experiencing to myself makes me more happy.. let me show you the formula.  Okay, you have seen the formula of getting stress.. let me put you in my shoe for awhile, just to get you in the picture.</p>
<p>Okay.. i have seen the differences.. and only little things in common.. I can&#8217;t change him..neither he change me.. but i talk to him in a pleasant way just to let him know how i feel.. it takes 100 times..and more.. and you won&#8217;t be successful overtime.. try and try again.  Okay now i look at the little things we have in common.. example..we both like cooking.. he cook better than me.. i appreciate when he cook.. i appreciate it everyday..and i start to count my blessings.  How about the differences? well nobody perfect.. keep the differences aside, somehow you will need it.. example.. he loves watching tv.. i don&#8217;t..so i asked him about the movie without watching it.. save my time..isn&#8217;t it?  If you feel empty inside, look at your children..let them fill you with love..as how you shower your love to  them everyday.</p>

<p>Life is all about balance : Mind : Body : Soul .  We need to feed our Mind, Body and Soul with all necessary&#8230; these are few examples :</p>
<p>Mind : feed your mind..with knowledge, learn to think positive, read books..that&#8217;s how we exercise our brain.</p>
<p>Body : exercise.. drink plenty of water.. you might need to take <a href="http://www.postworkoutsupplements.org">post-workout supplements</a> to get you started, just make your body move.. you can dance if you like.. sweat..release the toxin</p>
<p>Soul : how on earth do we feed our soul? practice &#8216;attitude of gratitude&#8217;..learn to be grateful to God, People around you and Yourself!</p>

<p>If your mind is positive and healthy, your body will get the signal.. and when your body know that your soul is happy.. what do you get? A positive person with great attitude.</p>

<p>Ready? lets start..</p>
<p>Close your eyes.. and imagine.. you are at a beautiful beach right now.. just imagine what do you want to see.. would you want to be alone? or would you like to have other people to be there?  its all up to you.. its your imagination.. your vacation.. you have the right to feel and imagine whatever you like.</p>

<p>Sometimes we try hard to look good to others and sometimes we even have to pretend.  In the corporate world especially, i see people changes their mood and mask when meeting with their bosses or clients, just to make the great impression.   Why can&#8217;t we be ourselves? just have the conversation the way you have it with other people but just learn to check with the situation and learn how to interact with different people.</p>
<p>You want to be yourself, start analyze what can be done.. just like any <a href="http://www.palmbeachjewelry.com">Personalized Jewelry</a>, how you want it too look..what would be the color, the shapes, how would you make it attractive?  so that people can be attracted to see it again and again.  I believe everything start with sincerity, with a smile.. a sincere smile and when you talk.. make your eyes talks too. How? you may say.. well.. play with it..not wink..ok.. just make an impression with your eyes.. your eye brow.. Not sure? ok look in the mirror..and start talking.. talk with an angry tone, now look at your eyebrow, now..talk with your smile.. make it happy.. look at your eyes.  Practice talking with a smile and play with your eyes, how it moves but dont over do it&#8230; you will look silly.. just practice, you will easily know how when you use to it.</p>
<p>Your voice and intonation plays a very important role in talking too and your facial impressions, how relax are you, how sincere are you or how friendly you are.  Again you need to practice and learn!</p>

<p>Have you ever wonder why when you read a book, you can&#8217;t seem to get it in your head and you try to read it all over again?  but did you notice that if you read aloud, you will remember better?  I am one of them, who like doing that, sound weird but that is my style.</p>
<p>Some of you prefer writing down things you want to remember, you will  remember them better that way and you prefer looking at the person  talking or giving instruction to you, that will help you focus.</p>
<p>And others learn or memories best using flashcards or notes, you need to feel and touch to remember information or details.</p>
<p>Which one of the above is related to you? You not sure? Well, i will make your life easier and this is not only for you but also you children.</p>

<p>You will find it is easier to make your child learn from now on.  If you read my post about my son, how active he was and still is, he is in the <strong>Visual and Kinesthetic&#8217;s</strong> categories, so i use both method to teach him.  He like online activity to learn because he memories better with what he sees but  <a href="http://www.worthavegroup.com">laptop insurance</a> is a must since its going to be using laptop most of the time.  When doing homework, I give him break time 3-5 minutes during the the learning and most of all for my son, i give praises to encourage.  Not to much, as simple as <strong><em>&#8216;you see you can do it!</em></strong>&#8216;, or &#8216;<strong><em>i knew you can spell that&#8217;!</em></strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are all humans and have flaws.  Even if your physical appearance, unique personality, or social skills aren&#8217;t what you wish they were, that doesn&#8217;t have to stop you from being confident.  Confidence translated literally from Latin means &#8221; to have faith in oneself&#8221;.  you are beautiful inside and out so you should love yourself unconditionally.  Here&#8217;s how to believe in yourself :</p>
<ol>
<li><strong><em>Think for yourself</em></strong>.  Very confident people know what they are doing is right, usually because they created an original thought rather than attempting to reproduce from an external source.</li>
<li><strong><em>Make a list of special talents you have</em></strong>, or things you do that are good.  focusing on your attributes helps distract you from those parts of yourself that you think are flawed.  It doesn&#8217;t have to be a specific skill or activity either; it can be an approach or an attitude that you champion through life.  Do you always stay calm, cool and collected, even in hurried situations? Are you very patient with people? Do you always see the humorous side of things? Are you always there for your friends?</li>
<li><strong><em>Find your passion</em></strong>.  Whether it&#8217;s baton twirling, martial arts, classic cars, musicianship, or basket weaving, you will feel confident pursuing that endeavor by recognising what you enjoy doing the most.  More importantly, you&#8217;ll be enjoying your progress.</li>
<li><strong><em>Choose a role model</em></strong>, whether someone close to you, or someone famous.  Think of the qualities that the role model displays, whether physical, emotional, moral, and spiritual.</li>
<li><strong><em>Focus on others.</em></strong> Try not to focus negatively on how you come across or how others may perceive you . Instead, focus more on the outside world rather than just your internal world, and that will build your confidence as other people start enjoying your company.</li>
<li><strong><em>Accept compliments gracefully</em></strong>.  Don&#8217;t roll your eyes and say, &#8220;yeah, right,&#8221; or shrug it off.  Take it to heart and respond positively (&#8220;Thank you&#8221; and a smile works well).  Know that you have important things to say and do.  When you feel strongly about something, speak loudly and clearly and make eye contact with people.  Be yourself.</li>
<li><em><strong>Take care of yourself.</strong></em> Eat a healthy diet.  Don&#8217;t abuse your body, don&#8217;t overload it, and don&#8217;t deny it any of the things it needs.  Take the time to reflect on your life and do some emotional maintenance.  In order to be truly confident, you absolutely must value yourself and understand that your well-being is important.</li>
<li><em><strong>Work out</strong></em>.  This is a real fast change.  The gym can transform even the last geek.  It will help you be who you are, and not be afraid of it.  that&#8217;s the real confidence.  Getting enough exercise can boost your confidence amazingly.  Not only will it give you more energy throughout the day, but being in good physical shape will make you feel more &#8220;worthy&#8221; you could say, to talk to others and to be yourself.</li>
<li><em><strong>Stick up for yourself</strong></em>.  If people put you down (and not in a good-natured, joking way,) then let them know that their opinion of you is not held by everyone &#8211; most of all yourself.  This may, at first, be hard to do.  But once you stick up for yourself a few times, your confidence builds and you get more adept at it.</li>
<li><strong><em>Celebrate your individuality</em></strong>.  If you know you&#8217;ve got something special or different, then embrace it; don&#8217;t hide it.  that&#8217;s diversity.  you may wish that you were taller, or shorter, skinner, stronger, whatever the case may be.  But you need to realise that, if you were like everyone else, then you wouldn&#8217;t be who you are.  &#8220;What am I?&#8221;  you ask; the answer&#8217;s easy : you&#8217;re a unique individual who is capable of growing and learning.</li>
<li><strong><em>Take action</em></strong>.  It is surprising how powerful the simple step of taking an action can be.  and the action you take need not be something extravagant or grand.  It could be something as simple as tackling a task that you have been procrastinating, such as writing a letter or tidying up that corner of the garage that has been out of control for the last several months.  It could also be something as interesting as taking a class in yoga, art, interior design, anything that interest you that you haven&#8217;t done yet.  Whether large or small, action brings with it exhilaration, enthusiasm, and the confidence that other things can be done as well.</li>
<li><strong><em>Make eye contact with others</em></strong>, especially when engaging in conversation.  Gaze into the other person&#8217;s eyes as you talk to make yourself seem interested, calm, and confident.  Avoiding eye contact makes you appear shy and submissive, while directly staring for too long may make you appear angry and scared.</li>
<li><em><strong>Smile often.</strong></em> A smile makes you appear warm, honest, friendly, and confident.  You can also just relax your facial muscles entirely, which will make you appear calm and relaxed.</li>

<p style="text-align: left;">I noticed that when i want to visit other blogs, i most likely attracted to their template then it&#8217;s content.  I believe attractive template can help increase traffic and make visitors feel comfortable coming back for more.  Then i decided to hire a <em>&#8216;blog makeover&#8217;</em> to do the job.</p>

<p>She started giving me draft once we seal our deal, one draft after another, i wanted the template to be realistic, that is my family, me, my husband and my two children.  This blog is our home,  i want to feel it as home, as comfy as it can be, i can write easily when i feel calm and comfortable.  My husband given me the idea on where and who should be.  She did a tremendous job until she came to the final, she let me choose two template for the final touch.  Not only she satisfied me with her masterpiece but her attitude, she is so calm and she handle my fuss patiently.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our body totally depends on our mind&#8230;that is true.. the other day i experienced back pain.. but i try not to think about it too much..and try to relax.. slowly the pain ease bit by bit.  Remember my earlier post about my son? how he ran away&#8230; i don&#8217;t feel carrying his bag while running was heavy anymore..but my mind almost blank&#8230; i almost fainted.. i feel exhausted until that night..my worry, guilt, it&#8217;s hard to let go.. my whole body feel the stress.</p>
<p>When we feel stress.. we will feel the whole body involves.. we tend to swallow any pill that helps.. but now we all go back to the basic&#8230; our sense of smell and listening to music..
