    Be Mindful of Your Feelings

    Sometimes we have to go through a path that is painful, hurtful but its a beautiful journey of life. I believe we have to face certain challenges in life to gain experience and appreciate life even more.

    When we stress, our energy level going down and there will be emotions involves. We get angry, aggitated, we try to keep calm but if its too much..it burst.  So with all the caos, its not wrong to cry a little, laugh a little, this helps it out of the system.

    If you are going through some issues its good to talk to someone.  Someone you can trust and understand whats you going through.  Choose your quality and trusted on to share your feeling and thoughts.

    Be mindful of the feeling you having. Accept it, no matter how it hurts.  We must embrace. Its normal to be sad or angry. Feelings are real, emotions are real…feel it but dont let it control you…you need to be in control.

    The most important thing to do after all these are letting go. Grudge, hate will kill you slowly and it make us look a little bit ugle. It potray how we look on the outside.

    Have an attitude of gratitude. Be thankful with what life gives you. The pain or hurt we experienced are  lesson learnt in life.

    We are aware that there are always negative energy surrounding us everyday but if we focus on something good, great things happened.

    Life can be difficult at times but there is always great things to discover.

    Its great to discover something different, not power, not money but something more. Lets learn to discover ourselves, our passion…our calling.

    But before anything else, learn to forgive and thankful for the past, visual your future and create your plan today.

    How to Enjoy Life

    Day by day we are blessed with so many things in life but we tend to look at what we don’t have in life.   We compare ourselves with other people and we feel threaten with the people surround us.  We begin to look at all the negative things in life and forget to be grateful and thankful for the little things we have.

     

    PLAY, RECONNECT WITH YOUR INNER CHILD

    As an adult, we tend to be serious in everything we do and become less or zero sense of humour.  Everything for us is work and competition.  You don’t care about friendship anymore, you aim for business.. because for you business is everything and  you don’t need friends, you need money.

    As much as you want to be on top, don’t forget where you belong.. this is where you stand and play.  Reconnect with your inner child, embrace and remember when you were a little kid.  The happiness, joy and laughter, and many things that is FREE in life.

    PLAY MUSIC, JOIN DRUM CIRCLE

    Music is a great therapy and has powerful affect for the body, mind and soul.

    I recently joined ‘drum circle‘ and it was one of the best skills I enjoyed learning.  Seriously I don’t know how to play any music instrument but the moment we were in the circle, everybody starts playing music.  We were like an orchestra, the tune seems to  synchronized even though not everyone can play music instruments.  Everybody play by ear, listening to the beat and try to get into the melody.

    If you know there will be a music circle in your area, just join in.  You will never regret it.  If nobody want to go with you, don’t bother.. you will meet new friends. Trust me its fun!

    BE KIND, BE NICE

    No matter how educated you are, what position you holding or how much money you have, please remember to be kind to others.  Be nice, its not really hard to do.  Your act of kindness will get blessing from those you treated nicely.

    At the end of the day, the people you met will not remember what post you were holding or how much money you gave them, but they remember how you make them feel.

    We need a day by day reminder and motivation to go through our daily life.  Friends and family are the best people who can support us.

    RISING UP TO A BEAUTIFUL DAY

    Rising up to a beautiful day and breath!

    How do you start your day does have an impact for the whole day through. We all start our day thinking what to do..where to go and worrying if things doesn’t go on plan.  We forgotten to be thankful and feel bless for another day we are still breathing.

    Having an attitude of gratitude helps to motivate ourselves.  To be more aware and alert in handling any difficult situations. I would definitely have my morning coffee as my routine.

    There will be no promises that you will have a great day as much as we wanted to and sometimes something unpleasant happened and we have no choice but to face it.

    When we faced with problems, our emotions mixed up.  Being upset, angry, sad are not bad at all, its part of our emotions but we need to be able to control our emotions.

    Day will turn into night, problem unsolved will remain unsolved but there is time to rest.  Rest your mind, body and soul.  Recharge for another day.

    Be thankful you have learnt something that day, able to meet night time and another night to sleep.

    Dream if you may, dream for better day tomorrow, dream for good things to come your way.
