Before every end of a year..we think of a new resolution for the coming new year…. quit smoking, do more marketing.. to get more money, new job, want to buy a car, we want to safe the environment.. we want to get one of the Gas Scooters in the market , we want to buy property.. whatever we have in mind.. we plan, we focus on it.. with determination..  we achieve it in a year but with certain reasons we failed..and we needed more time.

A brand new year is like a new chapter in our life, what written in the previous chapter.. does it have a happy ending?  We have in mind what we want to write in the next chapter.. we are the writer of our own book but sometimes we write not according to what we plan .. we have God doing the editing.. out of our control.

If you think a new year is like another chapter of your story books.. look back.. check the previous chapters..which chapter is the best and why.. and which chapter hurts most..and why.. it make us understand our own life…and never regret on what happened… take it as a life experience…if its a painful experience.. accept it as it is..it is valuable to others if you share it as knowledge.

Some of us might not have a good story in the beginning of the chapters but you choose how the story goes and how you want the story to end… nobody else can.. but God will be there editing.

Wherever we are in the world.. what important is not how we celebrate Christmas but how we remember Christmas.. as we always overshadowed ourselves by the advertising and marketing .. the Santa, the Shopping etc.

We forgotten our main reason of the celebration is to celebrate the birth of Jesus our savior.

Rather then having spend more on clothing and buying expensive gifts..just be moderate in everything.. and the most important of all of spending our time with our loves one… family gathering is a must in celebrating Christmas..whether its a White Christmas or Warm Christmas.. wherever you are in the world.

May in this Christmas Day.. Christ lives in us..gives us new life.. start all over again.. and forgive ourselves and move on to give and share more love to others.

May we always have Peace on Earth, Good Health and Happiness in the World.. Amen.

Going out just the three of us.. just hanging out with them.. more spending.. eat! eat! and eat!.. at home the same thing we do.. eat! eat! eat!.. and at the same time.. my mind scanning the whole house.. what should i change, what i need to get rid.. and what i need to buy..  i shouldn’t think about this.. my mind should be resting.. my money should be resting.. huhu.    I had something in my mind that i wanted.. i was looking at my  door and i thought why not get door kick plate.  It made of a strong metal or base like metal and can actually be used for what its name describes. You can kick it with your shoes to get any grass,  dirt, etc off of your shoes before coming into your home. This helps prevent you from tracking dirt and other unwanted particles into your home and leaves them outside for Mother Nature to handle.

Door kick plates provide a great decorative feature to your door. You can find colors and materials that match your door or other accents in your home, and it will actually make it stand out quite a bit.  It can also act as a reflective measure for you to see where you are going at night… tempted to buy door kick plate? well.. i know i do.

I better stop thinking about what to buy for the house and start thinking where to go with my children.   I can always find money to buy what i want.. anytime..but i can’t always have time to be with my children.. love is more expensive..and i got to spend it wisely.

I love December!.. month of holidays, month of forgiving in welcoming  Christmas! a day of  forgiving.. Christmas a day of giving and receiving… need to start my ‘gift list’ as a preparation before buying Christmas gifts to family members and close friends.

Preparing list is difficult.. what to buy for each person i find difficult.. i don’t want to give something they don’t like..phew… how does Santa Clause did it?

Oh well.. i might need some help from my girl.. she will come out with interesting ideas for gifts.

Bought few clothing for my family but i was not satisfied because i need more time to go for shopping..so i decided the second time ..i asked my husband to drop me there and pick me up once i finished. I had 3 hours shopping on my own.. i spent most of the time at the ladies.. ..Looking up for 50%, 70% 80% looking on the apparel … trying, comparing.. holding one dress ..blouse.. keeping it back.. taking another one.. and doing the same thing. Moving from another section to another.. feeling disappointed .. good price but i don’t like the style.. i like the style but too expensive. I asked myself ‘what am i doing here?’, ‘what am i searching for?’ i am beginning to feel that i wasted my time and energy.

I decided to check out the ‘scarlet’ lingerie.. 50%-80%.. wow!… cheap.. it is cheap but unfortunately left only the plus size intimate apparel, the smaller size.. were sold out. Well.. i just grab blouse, pants and some shirts..form me and my mother.

I really feel i have wasted my 3 precious hours of shopping alone.. i should have done my shopping elsewhere but then again.. it is a blessing.. that i don’t really spend a lot of money that day.

Instead of doing shopping spree its like having a shopping flee.

The best thing about our holiday is that we celebrated my father-in-law’s birthday and had the opportunity to meet up with other relatives.

It was a fun and exciting, we did a lot of traveling by the LRT and did a lot of walking, crossing the road is the main problem for me.. wish there were a roadside assistance. Not much shopping this though but it is interesting.. and most of all the kids had great fun.

A holiday is not how much we spend on things but how we spend our time with our family. Some parents wants to make their children happy with buying expensive toys but the fact is that children are happy if we spend time with them or just have ice creams with them.

Shopping with family especially with children around is difficult and distracting..  My time to go shopping with my best friend will be a whole day.. that’s for sure.  But i will be very selective this time.. i don’t want to overspend.

Whatever it is.. just wait and see what they offer.. i love shopping while everything on promotion.. with great discount!..  I will not be using my credit card..will be using my debit card.. more better that way.. Love to share with you this cartoon.

I would love to have a Fairy  Godmother let me use a credit card.. even if its expire at midnight.. i will be home before the midnight.. i promise you Fairy Godmother!..

In a month they will have visits to library, jog in a park, stay over at their grandparents, visit relatives, play games or lunch/dinner in a shopping mall.. and ‘Surprise Trip’ a trip to a new place… I make sure i arrange something to make them looking forward for something new.

We just started this ‘ surprise trip’ this year..it doesn’t mean its an expensive or a far destination… it can be a new park or to the wet market .. surprise!.. ‘hey look at the crabs’!.. ‘mummy! That is a big fish’…

Our first trip was to Perdana Park, a new recreational park that just officially opened..  and we will sure go there again… and just last week we went all the way to Kipandi Park.   I only knew about this from the Sabah Tourism’s website.. I don’t even know Sabah have our own Butterfly Park besides the one in Hot Spring. It was an enjoyable experience.. and we took lots of pictures.. We just love to see the pictures.. from pc to tv cables .. it is indeed interesting to watched your family on tv rather then from the camera nor the pc… more bigger, clearer and fun.

Imagine running and playing on the sandy beaches in the morning. The warm sun touches your skin, the sound of the waves, the birds flying on the blue sky. Relax yourself in the afternoon at the expensive resort. In the evening you will be sitting on the sandy beaches while looking at the sunset. Okay i am back to reality now.. but i will make sure my imagination will come true one day.
