This morning i have received an email from my friend juvi… it is interesting and would love to share it with all of you.. should say thank you to the author .. whoever he/she is for giving this information.
After reading this.. i need to think what to cook for breakfast..rather than hot dog..and reduce intake of french fries… My family need the colon cleanse right now.. and start eating healthy foods.

PLEASE READ AND STAY HEALTHY

1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2 . Overeating=2 0
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
4. High Sugar consumption

Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain
The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3 . Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil.
As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is20very fit.
8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to ’schedule.’
The top five cancer-causing foods are:
1.. Hot Dogs

Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can’t live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.
2. Processed meats and Bacon

Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.
3. Doughnuts

Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble.. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams , may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.
4. French fries

Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries, said Adams .
5. Chips, crackers, and cookies

All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

I get used to get questions.. ‘why you never get fat?’.. why? well.. actually i love to eat.. yummy..yummy.. but i can’t eat much.. if i eat more than i usually does.. i feel like vomiting.. and i feel like i don’t get enough oxygen to my head.. seriously.. you ask me again..why? ..that’s the only reason i can give you.
One more thing… my mother use to serve us a small size plate with small portion of rice.. if we want to eat more.. then we can add more rice.. we are practicing portion control….. i am use to the discipline it will be hard for me to break it…so i guess we are used to it… oh i got to thanks my mum on this..thanks mum!
My other problem is.. when i get tired.. i will skip my food..or i take just tiny bits.. no rice.. You know there are kind of people when they got stress they like to eat..eat..eat.. i am the opposite of it.. i don’t like foods when i’m tired or stress…too bad ha.
I cannot give you any phentermine reviews because i don’t really take any diet pills or whatsoever.. i love to eat.. but eating have a limit.
If you want to eat more than you capable of eating..then..eat.. but does that make you satisfied? does that make you healthy? does that make you happy? the only person who have the answer is you!

I love this new product from tupperware.. the Jellete Set.. very nice.. i love the colors. Can’t wait to get it.. my daughter have been asking me to buy jelly from the shop.. mmm its not clean ..don’t know they use furnace filter or not… i want to give her healthy food.. fruits jelly maybe…still searching for a nice recipe.
I have been feeling stress lately, i get irritate easily, anger come from no way..headache..and feeling nausea… haiya what happen to me.. sometimes i can’t help it.. yelling without reason, looking for small things to quarrel with my hubby and my kids.. can’t help it..
Worse.. i even feel like crying.. i become so sensitive and emotional..yes again..without no reason.. I thought maybe because i’m exhausted.. and my house is in the mess. Feeling tired.. lack of energy.. grrr.. God help me!…
Wait a minute.. i have experience this before.. when?.. during my early pregnancy.. oh no.. am i pregnant?.. I love to have additional in my family..but not at this moment.. i don’t want to take pregnancy vitamins, the morning sickness.. oh..not now please.
Then again.. i have experience similar to this.. before my menses.. exactly.. it is my PMS.. it is my premenstrual syndrome.. I guess i need to record this syndrome every month.. because it keep changing every month.. it will be easier for me to understand myself.
Lucky i have a husband who understand, i told him..that i cannot control myself.. especially being emotional and feeling tired.
Last night he took over few of my chores.. i didn’t take my dinner.. i went to sleep early.. but i had to wake up a bit early this morning to prepare my son’s school books according today’s time table.
Sometimes we don’t understand ourselves.. what happening.. it is important to let our spouse know what is going on… so it will be easier for him and yourself to handle the situation.
I learn that miscommunication can lead to quarrel .. to avoid it..a proper explanation on a situation will be a good help.
Cooperation and good communication between husband and wife will make life easier.

Goodness it is so cold in the office.. i really need fresh air.
You know what i feel like doing right now? walk on the beach.. aahh how nice.. I will go this weekend and it would be sunset… i love the scenery.
So many beautiful beaches here.. i will go to Tanjung Aru because that is the nearest to my place.. will buy the jagung bakar.. kacang..yummy i can taste it already..hehe… walking while eating.. and let my children run..let them have fun.. they have done great job for waking up early without fuss.. i love them.. it will be a treat for everybody.
Oh i need that walk on the beach..walking not only a top fat burners but also can relax our tired body and mind.
Another four days to go.. i just can wait for that day… to have a long walk on the beach… and let my feet get dirt by the sand.. leave behind my footstep and let it wash by the wave… hehe..how nice.

We need to relax our mind and soul.. we need to energize.

You know..sometimes.. i appreciate what had happened..especially the trial that i have been through… seriously..its a wake up call to me.
How would you know how deep the water is without trying.. and when i feel its deep.. its either..i have to go out from there or dive in.. my choice. But i warn you.. please wear the safety precaution..the wave is rough out there.
How would you know the melody if you don’t listen to the song….you have the lyrics..then sing it.. i know the song that you love is all about you.. so why sing a sad song if you can sing a happy song.. what come out from your mouth influence your mind..believe me.
How would you know that certain fruits can be acne treatments if you don’t try it. Start your research and do your practical.. why do you need to go for surgery or buy expensive products .. like i say..it might be the food that you are craving to eat.
How would you know that you can do whatever you want to do..until you do it ..just give it a try.. a person who wants to do something but scared to try is a loser.. but somebody who failed even when he/she try is already a winner.. and they keep going strong.

Our life is a learning process.. like a baby.. learn to crawl.. and walk.. fall.. walk..when they start running… its hard to make them stop.
Last week.. i don’t know why.. suddenly i feel like pimples popping out on my skin.. red spot everywhere… damn.. Maybe because of the stress.. new routine and duty.
I don’t know what to put on my skin.. but for sure i have to do something.. you know what i did? i took a tomato..i mashed it.. and applied it all over my face… i let it for an hour … it begin to dry on my skin.. then i wash it with tepid water. It was good.. it dried up my pimples.
Wow! that feels good.. then guess what…the next day.. i tried aloe vera.. cut the skin.. and applied it all over my face.. i make it as a mask..leave it for an hour till it dry on my face..it was soothing..and heal the pimples scar.. not totally heal maybe i need to do it continuously.. at least once a week.
There you go.. my home remedy for acne.
Ladies don’t depend on commercial products.. lets start do our own research..who knows the fruit that you like eat have the benefit to your skin too… cut it into half.. eat it and apply the other half to your skin.

I am trying to do my part in saving the planet earth… i am learning to reduce the use of plastic bags by using shopping bag to the supermarket. I need to get a few of the bags, i need to keep in the car, in case i forget and in my handbag.. there are promotional bags on sale, so better grab it now.

If you going for groceries.. you might need this bag.. its bigger.

You can fold this and put in your handbag, no more plastic bags.
Last Sunday, me and my hubby just get rid of two big plastic bags full of plastics, papers, toys and it was heavy..we send it to recycle and they gave us RM1.50 from that… hahaha. .next time i just leave it there.. its worth more than that.. i feel better to leave it there than to throw it in the garbage bin and destroying the environment.
We have to act now, for the sake of our children and the new generations..save the Planet!

Oh no! i am losing weight… my normal weight is 45kg.. last year i gain between 46kg-48kg.. i mumble because i couldn’t fit my dress..too fit… then i maintain 46kg..which i feel suits me and comfortable with it.
I am still getting use to my new routine and the time that i need to wake up everyday and the chores that i need to do… phew.. i feel like crying sometimes.
Last check my weight now is back to 45kg.. as long as not below that weight it is still normal. I have backache sometimes.. too tired i guess.. and no exercise made it worse.. sure i don’t need treadmill but i really need exercise.
My routine, 4.50am prepare breakfast, if i have not iron their uniform the night before..then ironing is my job.. their daddy’s job is to wake them up..and bath them, we all get ready.. by 6.00am we are on our way.. afternoon pick up my son..send to daycare..back to work.. going back pick up everybody including my hubby reaches home the earliest 6.40pm..rush to the kitchen..if daddy tired..mummy got to cook for dinner.. do the laundry at the same time… check their books for the next day..check if any unfinished homework.. dinner serve on the table by 7.30pm or before 8.00pm to make sure they they have time to rest and digest the foods. By 9.00pm or earlier they have to brush their teeth.. change to their pajamas.. and sleep..zzz. By then i will still be hanging the clothes in the balcony.
Well..this is what we call cycle of life, our parents done this before.. and now it is our turn to experience this..and appreciate what our parents had done to us.
May god give us, parents, mothers strength to do our daily chores and patience in educating our children.

They said water is also a best fat burner..with correct exercise or workout you can get rid of that extra fat in your body… and now with this information, you might want to try it..but i don’t really like the last one.. i want my tummy empty before i got to sleep … i don’t like going to the toilet..i want a beauty sleep without disturbance… well..if its good..then..why not?
