Glad there are Facebook..now everybody wants to reconnect with their old friends, colleagues and next.. reunion. Curious how they look like after 10 or 20 years.. where they are now, their families.. its interesting to find out how they choose their path, how those with academic just stay comfortable and those average grades are more successful.
Sadly when comes to reunion.. the important people have been forgotten only talk about them but less appreciated. Only the fierce or kind teachers be remembered, their did their duty and responsibility but how they do it..affected how we feel or remember them.
I would say its great to send flowers for teachers appreciation not only during the reunion or Teacher’s Day..but any day you want to show your appreciation to them.. that will make their day and a blessed day to you.
I was upset with my daughter for misbehaving so i created a game for both of us. A simple game, no need to use any paper, color, velcro tape or anything else just a plain game with lots of imagination.
I call this game ‘The Invisible Ball’.. here how we play the game ;
First, i stand face to face with my daughter and look at each other.. i asked her to relax
Second, i ask her to imagine that we both holding a ball in our hand..
Third, i told her i am a bit upset because she answer in a rude tone, for not listening.. each behavior or my emotions towards her i will put in the invisible ball…
Whenever i say and put something in the invisible ball… the ball become bigger and bigger..and my hand will hold it carefully as if its heavy. She will then do her part, surprisingly..she say..i don’t like the way you scold me..your voice too high..
Then when we both ready.. we say.. now let us throw this anger with this ball.. ready (act as it is so heavy and you can see fire and feel the flame inside the ball).. ready 1,2,3.. throw!..

There are people who lives in their past.. they lives in their regret, wishing they could go back and undo whatever happened. It is not wrong to remember your past.. good or bad memories.. past is past.. cherish the happy memory.. how about the ugly one..the one you don’t want to remember but seems to appear on your mind. Sadly we can’t change our past .. let it be your experience.. or a lesson to remember..so it won’t happened again in the future. Don’t let your past burden you.. and make you sleepless night.. or take ambien to make you sleep.. just relax.
Today is today.. embrace your day with happiness and gratitude. Being alive today, breathing properly, smell the fresh air.. just be happy for that simple little things you enjoy each day. Celebrate your present day, embrace every moment.. if its not a really good day..just move on..pass that day with no regret, just remember things happened for a reason. Do the best today because what you did today reflect where you will be tomorrow.
Wish for a brighter tomorrow but then again.. what you plan sometimes doesn’t goes exactly as planned. Keep on dreaming and visualizing what you want in the future, do proper planning, act on it and hopefully you will achieve whatever you want. Create many options and plan in case one plan fail, you can other backup plan. We can’t predict what tomorrow bring .. we can only wish, hope and pray for better tomorrow.
Past is our teacher, today is our friend and tomorrow is a stranger.
