This pictures always reminds me how my chidren loves eating. I took this picture when Chrissa was 7 months old. Me and my husband always careful in choosing foods for them, choosing the right foods mean good health and no money to the doctor. As the saying goes ‘an apple a day keep the doctor away’. We should have our own medicare advantage plan for our family purposes. So i guess before we give our children food, think wisely whether its good for their health or its just ‘junk food’ that will make them sick.
